Over time, Dr. Rolf has created a variety of recipes for rubs and sauces that enhance the flavor of his barbeque. The meats are smoked low and slow to capture and seal in all the succulence and flavor so you’ll enjoy every bite.

Nobody does BBQ like the south. Without a traditional regional style, West Virginians sample and fuse the various southern BBQ styles to their individual tastes and surround the BBQ with time-honored Appalachian soul food sides.

"Great food, quick service and friendly staff. We each got the 3 meat trio with different sides. The smoke ring in the brisket was awesome, it yielded such great flavor. The ribs were my personal favorite- such great flavor with a hint of heat. I also had the pulled pork. I would definitely get this trio again. My favorite sides: mac n cheese, baked apples, green beans and greens. However the coleslaw was a nice fresh and different than any that I have had in a restaurant- definitely worth a try! My husbands favorites are the sausage, the ribs and the brisket and for the sides; butter beans, apples and greens."
